ANELIZ Hot Chocolate Balls

Origin

Transformed in a women’s workshop in Acul du Nord, but the cocoa beans come from the commune of Borgne, a group of producer members of a network of cocoa cooperatives in the North (FECCANO).

Preparation

• Boil water with cinnamon, star anise and lime zest.
• When boiling, add chocolate balls and sugar.
• Reduce heat to prevent overflow.
• Add vanilla and milk.
• Serve hot.
