ANELIZ, legally registered as Aneliz Ltd. Liability Co. ("ANELIZ," "we," "us"), respects your privacy. This

Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit www.anelizshop.com (the

"Site"), buy from us, subscribe, sign up for emails or texts, or contact us; how we use and share it; and your

choices.

• Contact and account information: name, email, phone number, account login, and communication

• Advertising and analytics partners: if you accept marketing cookies, partners such as Meta and

Google may receive information about your activity on the Site to measure and show ads. Some state

laws call this a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" even when no money changes hands. You

• Strictly necessary cookies make the Site work (cart, checkout, login, security). They cannot be

switched off.

• Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the Site.

• Marketing cookies and pixels measure our ads and show relevant ads on other sites.

Analytics and marketing cookies are used only after you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change

Email: every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You will still receive transactional messages

help. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for their own

opt out of targeted advertising and "sharing" for that browser.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS)

connections and security-certified service providers. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects

your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as required by the Pennsylvania Breach of

Personal Information Notification Act and other applicable laws.

 

8. Data Retention

We keep order and transaction records as long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes (generally

up to seven years), marketing information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and analytics data for

a limited period. We then delete or anonymize it.

ANELIZ is based in Pennsylvania, USA. If you visit from another country, your information is transferred to

and processed in the United States.

We may update this Policy. The "Last Updated" date shows the latest version. If changes are significant, we

will notify you by email or a notice on the Site.
