1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Aneliz Ltd. Liability Co., doing
business as ANELIZ ("ANELIZ," "we," "us"). They apply when you visit www.anelizshop.com (the "Site") or
buy our products. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy,
Shipping Policy, Return, Refund & Replacement Policy, Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms, and Health,
Allergen & Product Information page, which are part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use
the Site.
2. About ANELIZ
ANELIZ offers coffee grown in Haiti and roasted in the United States, cacao from Haiti, chocolate, teas and
infusions handcrafted in Pennsylvania, bundles and gift sets, coffee and tea subscriptions, and educational
digital products. Our mission is to build bridges between cultures by sharing the authentic flavors of Haiti
and our Pennsylvania terroir.
3. Eligibility, Accounts, and Acceptable Use
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
• If you create an account, keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your
account; tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
• You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with its security, access
accounts or data that are not yours, use bots or scrapers to copy content or prices, place fraudulent
orders, or post unlawful or infringing content. We may suspend access for any of these.
4. Products and Product Information
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Coffee, cacao, herbs, and fruit are
natural agricultural products: color, aroma, appearance, and flavor can vary from harvest to harvest and
batch to batch, and packaging may differ slightly from photos. Product information is not medical advice.
Always read the label, ingredients, preparation directions, and allergen statement before use.
5. Prices, Taxes, and Promotions
• Prices are in U.S. dollars. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Prices
may change for future orders.
• Sales tax and shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
• Promotions and discount codes may have conditions, expiration dates, and exclusions, which will be
stated with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined or applied to past orders.
• If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price or with wrong information, we will contact you to
confirm the corrected price before shipping, or cancel the order and refund you in full.
6. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email confirms we received it; a contract is formed when we
ship your order (or, for digital products, when we deliver the download). We may refuse or cancel an order
before shipment for legitimate reasons, such as suspected fraud, failed payment authorization, stock

refund you in full.
7. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards and the other methods shown at checkout. You authorize ANELIZ
and its payment providers to charge the total shown at checkout and confirm that you are authorized to
use the payment method.
8. Shipping, Returns, and Subscriptions
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy; returns, refunds, and replacements by our Return, Refund &
Replacement Policy; and recurring orders by our Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms. Because our products
are food, edible products are final sale once shipped, except for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing
items, or where the law requires otherwise. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers your
order to the address you provided.
9. Digital Products
Digital products (such as e-books, training manuals, and guides) are licensed, not sold. We grant you a
personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the file for your own personal or
internal professional use. You may not copy, resell, share, upload, or distribute it, in whole or in part,
without our written permission. Digital products are final sale once the download link has been accessed,
unless the file is defective and we cannot provide a working copy.
10. Intellectual Property
The ANELIZ name, logo, slogan "The Smell of My Land," product names, photographs, descriptions,
packaging designs, recipes created by ANELIZ, videos, and other Site content belong to ANELIZ or its
licensors and are protected by trademark, copyright, and other laws. You may share links to our pages for
personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
11. Reviews and Content You Submit
If you submit a review, photo, recipe, or comment, you confirm that it is truthful, based on your own
experience, and yours to share, and you grant ANELIZ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to
display and share it on our Site and social media, with credit where practical. We publish genuine reviews
whether positive or negative. We may remove content that is fake, unlawful, abusive, infringing, off-topic,
or contains private information. We never pay for or reward reviews on the condition that they are
positive.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except for the commitments stated in these Terms and our policies, and to the extent permitted by law, the
Site is provided "as is" and "as available," and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANELIZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or
punitive damages arising from use of the Site or products, and our total liability for any claim relating to an
order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. These limits do not apply to liability that the law
does not allow to be limited.
14. Third-Party Services
The Site uses or links to third-party services such as payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics
providers, and social platforms. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

You agree to hold ANELIZ harmless from claims and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from
your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your infringement of anyone's rights.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable federal law,
without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law of your state applies. If you
have a concern, please contact us first; we will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. If we cannot,
the dispute will be brought in the state courts located in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, or the U.S. District
Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-
claims court where it qualifies.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms for future use of the Site and future orders. The updated version will be
posted with a new date. The version in effect when you placed an order applies to that order.
18. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a
provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies they reference are the entire agreement between
you and ANELIZ regarding the Site.
19. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as
hurricanes, earthquakes, and other natural disasters; severe weather; political unrest, road closures, or
supply disruptions in producing countries, including Haiti; epidemics; port, customs, or carrier delays; labor
disputes; power or internet outages; or government action. If such an event delays your order beyond the
time stated, we will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund of any unshipped items.
20. Electronic Communications
By using the Site, placing an order, or contacting us, you agree to receive communications from us
electronically, including by email and notices on the Site. You agree that agreements, notices, receipts, and
other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing. This
does not mean you agree to marketing messages, which require separate opt-in as described in our Privacy
Policy.
21. Feedback and Ideas
If you send us suggestions, ideas, recipes, or other feedback about ANELIZ or our products, you agree that
we may use them freely, without payment or obligation to you, and that we are not required to keep them
confidential. This does not change the rights described in Section 11 for reviews and content you post.
22. Copyright Complaints
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on the Site infringes your copyright,
please send a written notice to our designated agent: Djeny Jules, ANELIZ, 6505 Market St, #7562, Upper
Darby, PA 19082, USA; email: info@anelizshop.com, subject "Copyright Notice." Your notice must include:
(1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) identification of the
material you believe is infringing and where it appears on the Site; (4) your name, address, telephone
number, and email; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the
copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information

23. Notice to California Users
Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California users are entitled to the following notice: the
Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer
Affairs may be contacted in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by
telephone at (800) 952-5210.
